Hi, I need some quick help with applying TRV when being in Canada.
I decided to apply by mail because fighting with MyCIC explode my head. It gave me wrong form when I need to apply TRV instead TRP, no help if I do something differently.
So. When submit it by mail there is two Checklists http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp?countrySelect=CA#applications
Do I use second one which says it is for Applicants in Canada and forget first one? Do I also send my passport to CIC in same envelope with TRV appliation?
I have two passport, old one has my IEC work permit on it and there is all stamps about landing to Canada. Do I sent copy of my passport and also my new passport to get new visa?
And form IMM5707 Family Information.
My spouse is canadian and living in Canada. When I fill form, do I choose yes or no when asking "will accompany you to Canada"?
