TRV Application from outside of Canada

Hello Everyone,

I came to Canada as an International student in 2019. I completed 1yr program and then enrolled into another program of 1yr at the same college which started in May 2020. I had study permit of 1yr so I applied for another study permit online. I had a month of time between both programs so I went to India to visit my family with return ticket.

I am currently stuck in India because of COVID-19. My study permit was approved and sent to address in Canada. I have to apply for TRV(Visa stamp) for entry in Canada. What is the best way to apply? Please advise.

The same way as you normally would online, have someone send you a picture of your permit or if impossible try explaining the situation after all they can see in their systems that you got a new permit. If you will be able to travel or not is a different question but you can also study from home country now its allowed.
