Hi. Anyone here who's applying Temporary Visit Visa in Abu Dhabi office and got refusal? I have been refused twice. Judicial had agreed to settle but no idea how long re-determination will be. How long will it take after judicial had agreed to settle?

JR would only be able to send back for redetermination. Your application will be reviewed again by another visa officer but that doesn’t mean it will be approved. There is no exact timeline. Why JR was approved will have a lot to do with your chances of approval this time but it always comes down to your profile.
