TRP on Inadmissibility

I applied for a Student Visa back in 2016, I was convicted of indirect misrepresentation as my study agent changed my educational documents for the better chances of my application, I didn't even sign my offer of acceptance or any other documentation. I got to know about the misrepresentation when I applied for the Caips notes, I was very shocked at that time.
Now, I want to ask one thing, my wife is currently in Canada. She is currently on study permit, her studies will end in May 2019. As we both know that it is very difficult for me to come to Canada and join her on the day of her Convocation, instead of that, I want to apply for TRP. Can anyone suggest do I stand a chance to get TRP?

The chances of a TRP being approved are likely very low - however you can certainly try. TRPs are typically for situations where someone has a very strong need to be in Canada (e.g. ill family member). IRCC may say that attending a Convocation is not a strong enough reason. Having said that, you can certainly try. Good luck.

No - it probably lowers your chances unless you have a green card or US citizenship.

No - you cannot decrease the time of your ban.

Yes - you can apply freely after the completion of your ban but should expect your applications may be more heavily scrutinized due to the past misrepresentation.

Will I have to tell Canada about the fraud which happened to me, when I will make my TRP application. I actually tried a lot to complaint about the agent to the Immigration via emails but I did not get any reply from them. That particular agent is still doing misrepresentation in new student's files and a lot of students are suffering. Moreover, do I need to tell American Immigration about my Inadmissibility in Canada?

There is no point in telling IRCC about it in any future apps. They do not accept the "my consultant did it, not me" excuse.

You need to declare your refusal in any American apps.
