Trouble with Passport Photos

So we received our PPR email and sent off photos and copies of the passport. On Friday MyCIC showed approved and closed however last night they sent an email that the photos don't meet specifications. This is very frustrating as my partner went to 5 different places before finding someone who would help him get them the right size and they measured and confirmed they were right. They also highlighted the part asking for a white background which they had.

Anyway, my question is if someone from the Houston area knows a place that will do Canadian style passport photos?

Besides the white background did they mention what else was wrong?
Sometimes they are very picky about the details on the back of the photos, the date, name and signature.

They bolded the sizes and then highlighted the plain white background specification in yellow. But there was a white background.

Sorry to hear about your situation. i am from US as well...i find that walgreen takes canadian passport size photo. if you haven't already got it done. might be a good place to look.

My husband had the same problem. Walgreens, UPS, FedEx, all useless, sent my poor hubby on a wild goose chase that day.. I called an actual photo studio in Ft Worth and they had no problem doing them and they were accepted. A bit of a drive, but maybe try the actual portrait studios in Houston.
