Hi All,

I have created my EE profile through GC key. Everytime I login, it redirects me to CIC homepage rather than MY ACCOUNT page. Only after 3-4 attempts of logging in, it navigates me correctly through to my ACCOUNT. ANyone else facing the same issue? I hope it doesnt have an effect on the status of my profile.
 
I have the same issue. I think it is because the connection is too slow and the timeout threshold is reached before the page can be loaded. I usually just try a few times like you did. Since I do not log into the system very often, it does not bother me at all.

I have had this issue ever since I created my EE profile. It's really annoying to try and log-in 4-5 times just to get into your account. I reported it a number of times but every time they have asked me to use IE version 10 or higher (who uses it really?) or firefox or safari and clear cache. After doing all this it still doesn't work. I don't think they understand that a lot of people are having this issue.
