Trouble linking my application to online account

Try to not fill the CITY OF BIRTH. Instead press the space bar which will leave it unfilled. This worked for me and so as for other people. Let me know if it's worked

I also tried calling CIC now and because they are so busy, I can't speak to an agent. This is pretty frustrating.

they're not going to be much help....they're just going to check the information you are entering is correct. If it is and it still doesnt work, they will just tell you to submit a technical support case from your online account

I also got the same problem, I can't link my application to the account, I did try to submit technical support case, I hope they will be helpful.

I have submitted a technical support case but I have not received a reply. I am hoping that its just taking longer for them to enter the paper application into the system. Will just keep on trying...

I've been trying to link my eTA application to submit some documents requested by CIC to support my eTA application.
Regarding my family sponsorship application, I've got a representative, I know that I can't link it.

Okay. You need to continue to try. Once you are entering the correct info which u submitted on the paper application and you still have issues, most likely you are not entered in the system as yet.

Hello, this is slightly related. I too am also having issues linking my application, but I would like to know how long it took for your application to be entered into the system? I submitted mine a little over a month ago and am yet to receive a letter or email about it. Should I be concerned or is this about on pace?
