I work in Canada on a contractual basis (non-permanent)

I stated this in the job offer question

Yet I qualified for both FSW and CEC and received an ITA through FSW

What do I do now? I don't have the funds (which I had stated as 0) nor the permanent job offer

POF is the least of your problems because you qualified under CEC.

Just showcase monies in the bank along with your job offer letter, pay stubs, T4s etc. That would suffice.

Thanks for the clarification regarding that Asivad.

But I'm mainly concerned about the job offer letter that I show that demonstrates a temporary contract. Isnt that a requirement for a PR application under FSW?

Not at all. You don't even need to be currently employed and still be eligible for FSW. The requirement of a 'permanent, non-seasonal, full-time' job offer is valid for an LMIA supported job.

Omg! Are you sure? That would be so amazing!
Absolutely. Check the eligibility requirements of FSWP and CEC - there is nothing in there to suggest that one needs to be currently employed in order to be eligible. For CEC, it makes sense to be currently employed if one intends to stay in Canada throughout this process but being employed currently is not a prerequisite to qualify for CEC or FSW.
