TRF issue...Please help....!!!!!

Anybody can suggest on what can I do to get TRF for IELTS from Conestoga College? I have ordered it just week and now it is more than 5 business days but no reply yet. Do they even issue another TRF? I cant go there as I am in another province. Please if anyone could suggest on this, i will appreciate. Thanks

Mostly they take 10 Business Days. or U can call him to find out your status they send or not yet.

Thanks guys for your suggestions. I tried calling them but they did not answer calls. I will wait until 10 business days get completed and then may be i ll try sending my application with the copy of IELTS with the explanation that why i cant provide them the original certificate. Lets c how it works

They are scammers...I have the same issue, I want to get one more copy and after trying to contact them for 3 days, they said i have to wait till April 12th...They dont return calls nor emails...I got reply after trying 3 days..I need to contact the director of the dept. to get a reply...Future IELTS test takers, please DONOT GO FOR CONESTOGA COLLEGE

I know they do this garbage all the time...that is why I asked them to send my score results to my friends address...they said they could not because it is a house and would instead send me two copies in mail...so I put the address of my work mate....in the end they delivered it to everybody and i have my copies lying around...some of them i have not even collected..

To request additional TRF’s after writing the IELTS test the candidate must complete the Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs and the TRFs-Payment Authorization Form and either e-mail, mail or fax them into the IELTS office. Candidates who have taken the IELTS test over 30 days prior to requesting the TRF must pay an additional $20.00 TRF fee for each additional TRF. Once received at the IELTS office, the Request for Additional TRF’s will take 3-5 business days to process and the candidate will receive an email to notify them that it has been sent out.

Note this is processing time, so it wouldn't include delivery. If processing it taking longer - contact them to complain. Send a formal letter / e-mail of complaint, and call also.

Guys there is a positive news on this matter, I faxed two application forms on 18th March and emailed them the same on the next very day, i did not get any acknowedgement for my request, then I sent out the same filled forms through mail on 26th March and on 2nd March they charged my credit card with 23$ and today I got an email confirming that your requested TRF has been sent out. I dont know what they considered, fax, email or mail or 5-10 business days but I approached them with my best and may be on monday I ll recieve the TRF ...I am glad that now I can send my CEC application very soon...Thanks guys for all kind of help
