Hi, I have a question on travelling with 2 passports. I want to use my Canadian one to leave country as will be flying through the US ( that way dont need ESTA) but I want to use the Aussie one for arriving in Australia ( streamline entry ) is it possible?

Ask the airlines.

You will have to ask airlines about their policies.

But general rule: you need to show passport of a country of which you are citizen when entering and exiting at passport controls. Canada doesn't have passport control on departure.

(For most airlines it's not weird to show them both passports if it makes sense based on the routing.)
