Travelling with an expired TRV

Hello,
I have applied for my PGWP and hopefully it will come soon. But my TRV has expired and I want to travel to India for personal reasons.
Can I travel to India with an expired TRV and apply for it in India?
Need help.

Yes it’s possible but the processing time in India is 200+ days.
