So if you get pregnant in Canada on a work permit, is it ok to travel to India for delivery and bring the child back? Is there a chance that new born might not get visa, even though both parents and other child already have Work permit and TRV for 2 years?

There are never any guarantees. Is this about adoption?

You can leave. However, a TRV for the child could be refused regardless of the status of the rest of the family.

You will have to apply for a TRV for your baby so he or she can come back with you to Canada.

Keep in mind, a TRV application is an application for temporary residence. Make it clear in your baby's TRV application that your intention is to return to India after you and your partner's authorized stay is over.

I don't see why there would be a problem. Canada isn't in the business of separating children from their parents.

You should request a Visitor Record at the border for you baby when s/he arrives in Canada. They are free when issued at a port of entry.
