Travelling to Canda from india

I’m a PR in Canada.currently I stocked up in india.i have checked that Canada allowing the travellers through third country.I would like to know which third country is accepting the people from india to reach Canada.

Yes my brother came via France and Mexico June 8 departure and arrived in Vancouver 9june but ticket is an expensive
If you can wait in india to open flights then ok otherwise if u hav an emergency then spend $4000
