Travelling outside canada on TRV and recieves COPR

What happens if we travel outside CA with a valid TRV and receive COPR. Will there be any issues while entering back in CA?

I think we can’t enter Canada with valid TRV once we got COPR. We need either a pr card( can’t be applied outside Canada) or PRTD. However still looking for an expert advice who can confirm that
