Travelling out of Canada after eCOPR without PR card

My wife and I are living in Canada currently on work permit.
We applied for PR and recieved our eCOPR. Now we are waiting for our PR cards.
I am the principal applicant and my wife is a dependent.
My wife has to travel back to India urgently but we didn't receive the pr cards yet.
My questions are:

1. Will it affect our Permanent Residency or PR card in anyway?
2. Can I collect her PR card on her behalf?
3. If someone carried it to India and give it to her, can she re-enter Canada with it? (or does she need to apply for PRTD to enter?)

Yes.

Yes.

Yes you can bring her PR card to her or courier it to her. If she has not received her PR card before she wants to return to Canada she will need a PRTD or have to fly to the US and then cross through the land border where a valid PR card is not necessary (would show eCOPR).
