Good morning experts! I was hoping learn about someone's experience with my scenario.
My girlfriend is thinking of travelling to Canada next month and will be travelling with a dog as well (she will be driving). She has a visitor visa with a permission letter from IRCC for extended family to visit Canada. The documentation for the dog is up to date as well.
She is hoping to return back to the US using the automatic visa revalidation process at the Niagara land border as she has an expired F1 visa stamp and valid i797 with an attached i94.
I wanted to see if anyone has travelled between Canada and the US with a dog while using an i797 to enter back to the US and if so what their experience was. Any information will be helpful!
