I am not sure tho because on canada.ca website it still says that I have to plan my 3-day hotel quarantine and hotel bookings start from 18 February.

Buddy, bookings start from 18th February for travels ON and AFTER 22nd February.
You won't have to book anything, man. You just have to do your regular quarantine (14 days) and that's it.
