My parents visitor visa application was submitted and they received the biometric request today.
Unfortunately they would be unable to submit the passport within 30 days as they are travelling out of country in 3 weeks.
Does IRCC typically accept requests to extend if there are valid reasons?
Any info would be greatly helpful.
