Do anybody know, can i get regular visa to re-enter Canada if I did landing, but don't have PR card?

Or do I have to get travel document?

Thanks, but the article says "Starting March 15, 2016".. What about now? Can I apply for regular visa to re-enter Canada?

No, if you are a PR, you are not eligible for any form of visa. It will automatically be refused if you apply.

Hi, I landed this May and haven't received my PR Card yet. I really want to go to the US for few days in the coming week but couldn't without the PR card. I realize that if I come back by road via a private vehicle I can do with some other supporting document instead of the PR Card to enter. I'm wondering is it possible for me to go to Niagara falls and then just walk back through Rainbow bridge? I've search everywhere but I can't find anything related to this way. Thanks

I spoke with a CBS officer while landing about travels without PR card and she said as long as you come into canada by land with a private vehicle, you will be allowed in with your COPR.

Do you any of you guys know whats the waiting time for getting travel document? Or you get it the same day when you go to canadian embassy office in Europe?
