If yo7 have a valid PR card ou can travel. It is up to you to find a flight. You can register with the Canadian consulate.

Hey, I have to travel to Canada as well and do my landing as I got my COPR before 18th March. How did you book your flights & who did you get in touch with?

You can book flights on Air India's website - however, if you aren't already a PR, and you don't have a valid work permit, you may not be eligible. Air India is only accepting bookings for certain categories of travelers.

"Only those persons shall be allowed to travel to the destination countries, who are citizens of that country, who have a green card or OCI card; Indian Nationals who are holding visa of that country, with a minimum residual validity of the three months. In case an Indian National is having confirmed offer of employment / internship / admission in education institution, he/she can be allowed with visa of that country, with a minimum residual validity of one month. "

Isn't Vande Bharat mission about repatriating citizens and OCIs to India?

They are also bringing people from India to other countries?

Yes. If the other country allows you, Air India is happy to take your money (1.5-3x the usual rate) and fly you there.
