My copr has expired, I applied for extension and was asked to redo medicals and I have 90 days to submit new medicals. I many have to go to India in nov. as you are all aware getting h1b Stamp in India now is always a risk.
My question is for what ever reason I cannot come back to USA. Can I still do the medicals
In India and get an extension from India and go to Canada directly from India. Has any one from USA done that.
