My husband is stuck in India since March.
He can not travel right now because international flights are not in operation.
He has to apply for Post Graduate work permit.
If in any case, flights start in July mid or end, Can he be allowed to enter in Canada if he travels ? Because his study permit expires on July 31st, 2020.
Also,How can he apply for post graduate work permit?
If he applies outland would he be allowed to enter into Canada !
Would he has to change it to inland once he reach there ?
Please help us.
