Yeah, pretty much, they said read the denial letter, and apply again. The website also states that in their FAQ your only course of action is to apply again.

that is exactly what they do. once they make decision it is final and they will never spend their time to explain.

My sister has applied to visit us 3 times now, and she always got this response of "TRAVEL HISTORY MISSING", I told her to contact the Canadian Embassy in her country and she got the forms from them.

So once you have been denied, make sure you know what forms are missing and contact the Canadian Embassy for the forms needed!!!
