In travel history we have to mention trips we have taken outside country of origin or residence.I am currently living in USA since 2015.do I have to mention date when I first came to USA in 2015 in travel history?

Start with where you were 10 years ago and then mention every international trip.
Trip 1, country1, date, duration
Trip 2, country 2, date, duration
...
Trip n, USA, 2015, ongoing

But after coming in 2015 to usa I went to India in 2016,2017 for 1 month each.so will it be ok to write ongoing trip for 2015 usa?

Then change accordingly. That's what the trip1, trip2, ... trip n are for.
