Travel history Info

Hi,

can some one help me on this please ?

I received a message from cic requesting for travel history form on October 25 2017. they told me to upload by November 2 2017 and i did it in advance (October 31 2017).

now i got the same message requesting for travel history form today (November 6 2017).

i am in a state of confusion why they are asking me again as i provided all the details.

CIC is known for glitches like this time to time. Perhaps they can not find your supporting documents initially sent on October 31st. Or maybe their system is having an error.

My recommendation: send the documents again, with a composed cover letter saying you have already sent the documents once, mention the date and the documents sent. And ask them to contact you if there is still confusion or they don't have the documents. Also a pro tip: keep a copy of all your documents sent and received to/by CIC for your future reference.

I'm pretty sure it's not a big deal. You'll be fine.
