Hey Guys,

I know this topic has been discussed multiple times before. However, due to mixed responses, I am hoping to get a definite answer from senior members.

1. What qualifies as the country of residence? - The current country of residence or all the counties where one had a resident permit.
2. Do we need to include travel dates between the country of origin and current country of residence?
3. Which country qualifies as "Country of Visit"? If you are currently a resident of country A and have traveled to your country of origin O and returned back to A. Is the right way to record the trip is to put Country O as the Country of visit or Country A? Similarly, if you were a temporary resident of Country B, a few years ago - not anymore and traveled to Country O, before moving to Country O for good -what is the right way to record this trip?

Many thanks!

1. Country of residence is where you are right now and from where you’re actually filing your PR

2. & 3. Whatever stamps you have in you passport is considered country of visit. In and out. And in a sequencial order. Most recent to least one.

Hope that gives some clarity :)
