Travel History / Address History confusion!

Hi all. This forum has been of great help so far. I am in the process of submitting my application soon.
I had a few questions regarding travel history/ address history for the period when I was studying in Australia. I was in Australia for 2 years as a student. During those 2 years I travelled to other countries for studies as well (part of my masters program). In travel history, should I mention those 2 years in a single entry or should I break it up as and when I travelled outside.
For example I studied in Australia from 01-01-2015 to 01-01-2017. I travelled from Australia to Germany from 01-06-2016 to 30-06-2016. Then came back to Australia. In travel history should I mention:

01-01-2015 to 01-01-2017 : AUSTRALIA
01-06-2016 to 30-06-2016 : GERMANY

OR

01-01-2015 to 31-05-2016 : AUSTRALIA
01-06-2016 to 30-06-2016 : GERMANY
01-07-2016 to 01-01-2017: AUSTRALIA

Also, if I have to go with the second option, will I have to mention my address history as:
01-01-2015 to 31-05-2016 : Address A
01-06-2016 to 30-06-2016 : Hotel A
01-07-2016 to 01-01-2017: Address A

For travels that I did from India, will I have to mention hotel addresses for them as well?

Mention all travel so if that means breaking-down your Aus visit, then so be it.

Addresses are typically residential ones. You might wanna write an explanation letter and throw all those minute details there to cover your bases.

I have mentioned all the travels, so I have broken it down into each individual trips. And have included all the hotel addresses as well just to be safe.
