Travel exemption for wife with and SOWP and children with ETA

Hello. We're traveling next month with two children. My boy has a study permit, but my daughter only has an ETA. Is it necessary to have a travel exemption for them?
My husband is the main applicant with a study permit, and I have a SOWP. Do I need a travel exemption too?
