Seeing hoe it can take upwards to 24mths to get PR application process completed, is on to update the application for travel while application is in process?

Also the schedule that asks to list all activities in last 10yrs, it has 5spaces. I have had 4 jobs and Schooling in last 10yrs, how do I record all that and vacationi in 5spaces. Do I file a separate piece of paper listing everything? If so how to I record to goto this page?

You should read the guide as well as the form - it does say to attach a separate sheet of paper and also how to label the sheet properly. Once you submit your application, you do not have to update the travel form if you travel afterwards.

Is my application available then online afterwards? How would I update this extra paper if its not, just mail it to the visa office?

When you apply for PR, in any form where you do not have enough space to put all your history for travel, activities etc, just continue the information on a blank page. You can add the Form Number, as well as the question number on top of the page (say IMM xxxx, Question 10) and mention 'Continued...' and write the remaining information on that page. Just place this page along with the specific form when you submit the application package. This is what I did in my case, I received AOR so I'd think CIC is ok with this format.

Or you can also do the below as mentioned in CIC's instruction guide (do read the guide and the forms thoroughly before submitting the application package):

"If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application."

Once you submit the application, future travels do not have to reported to CIC. Only information you need to pass on after applying include any change in family status (marriage/separation/child birth etc), change in address or any new educational qualification you may acquire.
