Travel Document is on HOLD

I have applied for 3 travel documents 2 years ago, considering 2 adults and 1 child. Finally, I have received the ones for adults but I noticed the child travel document is on HOLD. When I followed up , they said new photo is required. I

I took a pair of new photo for my child and will send it again with the Guarantor signature. I am wondering about the following questions:
- How long does it take to process the new photos?
- Don't need to send any other documents, like the child identity , correct?

- No one can tell exact how long it will take
- Just send what was asked, photo.
