hello every one,
i recently got my PR and we did our landing in Jan 13. we were there for 1 day and came back to US and after 2 months my wife's PR card was sent to my friends family in Canada. Now my wife went to India and getting PR card from Canada to India by post is not safe so we applied for travel document. its been more than 1 month and we have not received our passport back and the status on it shows it's under processing. i have sent couple of emails but they haven't responded. within 1 week after we applied some one from Delhi consulate called my wife and enquired why she is applying for Travel documents and my wife mentioned that PR card is in Canada.
so please suggest me on how to get passport back from consulate. Any inputs or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
