My nephew got PR in MAR2010, got PR card(he was 10 yr old then) after PR card arrival he left for UK-he never returned to Canada between 2010 and 2018.
PR card has expired, now he wants to move to CANADA.
How can he apply for travel document in UK and under want grounds he can. What are his chances of getting one?
If he travels to US then enters via land border, will he be let in.
Can he apply for PR card after that and look for university edu etc. during that period.
