travel card as proof of funds while landing???

Hi Friends and My experts,
I am landing next month to BC I have 2 queries:
1) Can I take my POF money in travel card from ICICI bank d bank is ready to provide all d statement.
2)I got indirect flight to bc through toronto, d break time is 2 hours, just wondering if I can do my landing in bc rather than toronto.

1. A "travel card" doesn't show the funds available, you need a bank statement.
2. Your "landing" will be done in Toronto, you first port of entry.
