Hi seniors, we recently got ITA on 28-June draw. Our doubt for this thread is related to translation of some of our non-English documents.
Do we need a "certified translator" who has a registration number or something? I'm aware that in any case I will require an affidavit and notarize it.
I know a guy in my locality who's not certified per se, but he runs this shop where he does these administrative works. I've gotten many documents translated from him and they worked pretty well in India. Will it work for Canada also?
The documents are my birth certificate and wife's self employment company license. What do you guys think we should do? Please help.
