I plan to go to Europe this winter and specifically in Germany. I was able to find a cheaper ticket that transits in London, UK.
I am aware that thanks to the TWOV program, a PR card holder can transit without a visa. Is this true while you hold an RTD? Also, my flight appears to have a change in airport and requires me to exit the airport to enter another one. Will I be able to do that? Under the TWOV program, it is allowed to exit the airport in London so long your flight leaves before midnight of that same day.
