Transit visa taking too long

We are a family of 3, my girlfriend, her sister and i. We applied at the same time nov 1st. I got the transit visa within a month but my girlfriend and her sister haven’t received any notice. We already bought the tickets (because its a requeriment to apply) which are schedule for feb 9th. We are running out of time because the passports need to be sent to Mexico and then go back to my country.

What should we do??

Nothing you can do but wait. Assume you each applied separately as you are not a family of 3. You are not related to the sister, and have no relation to your girlfriend unless proven common-law. You can raise a webform.
