Transfer to another university or college

I'm currently undergraduate student in Canada, but I'm looking for bachelor of a 3-year(90 credits) program that I can study English Language as concentration or major.

I would suggest Googling. You might get lucky on this site and someone know of a program, but this site is an immigration forum (not a college/university centric one).
