Hi! You can if you’ll get approved. What degree and level are you pursuing at the moment?

I think first off you have to be accepted by an institution in Canada. Then use the Letter of Acceptance issued by Canadian institution to apply for study permit.

Hope this helps!

I am studying Master degree. I want to apply same .
So do you want to transfer into your last year? As mentioned above, you have to get an acceptance letter, but there is little chance that all of your credits would be transferred. So there is always a chance you would have to start the program almost all over again... first of all, reach out to colleges and ask about the transfer credits.
It is highly recommended to apply from your country of citizenship

What's wron with Spain?
It’s nothing wrong with Spain, it is the law for any transfers. Even if you study in the US, your credits would be recalculated and you run a risk of not transferring all of your completed credits. Note that the law is that a student is not allowed to transfer more than a half of the program to any Canadian institution

The solution is to apply, get accepted and receive transfer credit calculation. And then see how many of your completed subjects got transferred and make a choice whether to accept and apply for SP, or to graduate from your home institution

Canada doesn't issue study visas, it issues study permits and their immigration department is independent of Spain.

I wasn’t talking about immigration. I am talking about the first step - transferring credits. Otherwise, you can just apply and start the program once again.
Regarding SP application - you must tell why the heck you’re transferring and attach your last college transcript from Spain
