I m a Non resident PR and owned 50% share of property with my husband in india . During my tax year as a resident PR , I transferred all my property title to my spouse which does not have any financial implications. It was mere transfer of title for administrative purpose. How should I declare this as a voluntary disclosure and will there be any tax implications .
