transfer from a college under SPP to a college which isn't under SPP

I am an international student, I have a question to confuse me now. I am studying in Fanshawe college in London Ontario now, but I am going to study in Lasalle college which is in Montreal. And my study permit is for Fanshawe college under SPP (Student Partners Program) and the expiration date is to 2015. I want to know whether I need to change my study permit to for Lasalle college which is not under SPP. If I need to change my study permit, what kinds of documents do I need to prepare for applying to change my study permit?
