Hi, i am already enrolled in Georgian college barrie for 2 yrs diploma program if Business (co-op) its a SPP register college and now i want credit transfer to a non spp college in prince edward island with the same course over there for sep 2020.The college does has a DLI number. I have bachelore of commerce degree back in india and my study permit expires in maech 2022. My question is :-

1) if i want to get credit transfer from spp to non spp collge will there be any consequnces regarding future application for work permit in future. And what does it matter if you study in spp and non spp college?

2) If i got credit transfer than my work permit and study permit will be automatically change from ontario to prince edward island or do i need to do any process regarding it?

SPP was a program for faster visa processing which has now been replaced by SDS study stream. The SPP designation now has no value and will not affect you getting a credit transfer.

Getting a credit transfer is totally dependent on the college that you are shifting to, so it would be up to the college in PEI to decide if they accept your credits. There will be no affect on your chances of getting a work permit in the future.

You need to notify CIC that you are changing colleges, you can find more information here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/change-schools.html#post-secondary

SDS has nothing to do with your situation. You just need to inform CIC that you are changing, that's it.
