I am on student visa in Toronto,Canada and pursuing finance course in centennial college. Now I would like to complete my remaining semester in United State any college/University.

IS IT POSSIBLE ? IF YES THEN IT WOULD BE GREAT FULL IF COULD REPLY.

Transfer of the credits depends on University and College so you have to contact the colleges and Universities who will accept your credits, You have to apply for US study visa ,US visit visa can be applied from canada but not sure about study visa please confirm it that can you apply it from Canada or you u have to apply from India.......

When PR/Landed immigrant are getting refused for US travel visa, so how is it possible for OP to get the same who is actually on a student visa.
