Transcripts from Panjab University

I am currently not based out of India. So can anyone guide me, if I can apply for the B.COM transcripts through email or an application.These transcripts required for WES evaluation.

If I to apply it personally, if anyone let me know where I have to go and what is exact procedure in terms of photocopies and draft amount which need to be prepared.

On their website they had mentioned that they will send the transcripts directly to WES. Is that the case, then how much they charge for postal service.

A detail procedure from your experience will be highly appreciated.

You can refer my below post in other thread. They charge INR 400 per marksheet and degree copy each+INR 400 as postage + INR 60 as form fee.
I posted 2 copies of my marksheets and degree along with draft of Rs. 4060 favouring Registrar PU for my 8 semester marksheets+degree and postage. You can call them on the numbers provided below for any detailed info.

They charge Rs.400 per semester marksheet or degree copy

You can send a DD of the required amount by post or pay cash at the fee counter.

They've hiked their charges like anything. I remember a few of my colleagues got these for free around 5 years back.

Anyhow, were your applications sent on time and how much time did it take for them to be received at WES ?

I just applied for ECA, thinking of completing the application by August end.

Sorry. Saw your post today only.

PU folks took 3 weeks to finish the process at their end post receiving my courier. And then I arranged for someone to post the envelope to WES Canada through WorldNet Xpress service of post offices, which is a tie-up of India Post with DHL. It took 3 working days to reach Toronto.
However, now I have come to know from my friends that they have stopped allowing people to send to WES through WorldNet and are now sending themselves through Speed Post which is taking 2-3 weeks to reach Canada.
In fact, one more thing I got to know was that they were waiting 15 days almost for DD encashment and rest of the process was only 2-3 days so if one could arrange to get the fee deposited at their cash counters, then even this time could be saved.

Hi,

I want to know that Degree certificate and Semester marksheet is enough for applying in EE.
Or we need to do something for the transcript.

I want to ask u a qus...dat what is the full procedure of transcription process from panjab university to Russell (canada).
I am in Canada so it is difficult for me to assess my degrees.
