Transcripts attestation from UNOM for WES

Hi everyone,

Planning to visit University of Madras to get my B.E degress and Consolidated mark sheet attested .
As per the WES guideline,they asks to put the Mark sheet in an sealed envelope.
It looks like Madras University dont have any official enevelope and they ask us bring one .
Will WES accept or any one have gone through such process?
