Transcript requirement after ITA

Do we have to upload transcript of bachelors degree of spouse (for which I m claiming points)after receiving ITA or WES evaluation is enough?
As his university has send his transcripts directly to WES and I dnt hv a copy ..

WES ECA pdf file is enough.

If that may be the case, is it not a good idea to submit upfront together with Wes report to abstain from a future ADR, which may delay the process?

Its not required. They never ask form.
