Salam All,

My spouse did BA from Peshawar University. Neither they (Peshawar Uni.) issue transcripts nor they seal the original DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate). But they have verified the photocopies of DMCs and sealed them in an envelope. Is it OK to send the sealed photocopies only, or do I need to send the original DMCs as well along with the sealed photocopies?

Another question, which I have asked a lot of time but it was never answered. I have HEC/IBCC/Foreign Office verified photocopies of my educational certificates. What is the best way to go now:
1. Send the HEC/IBCC/Foreign Office verified photocopies (without notarizing from Oath Commissioner)
2. Send the HEC/IBCC/Foreign Office verified photocopies (after notarizing from Oath Commissioner)
3. Send the plain copies after notarizing from Oath Commissioner

Please advise.

Thanks,
Saim

Kindly advise.

I myself did the same)

2. Send the HEC/IBCC/Foreign Office verified photocopies (after notarizing from Oath Commissioner) This would be fine. But OATH Commissioner cant notarize. Only notary public license holders can notarize-locate them in civil/distric courts.
3. Send the plain copies after notarizing from Oath Commissioner

Please advise.

Manzoor, thanks for you reply.

I talked to one of my friends who actually an assistant to a lawer in court, he told me that these are Oath Commissioners who attest the documents.

Please advise.

Dear,

You need STAMPS of NOTARY PUBLIC . Well if the OATH COMMISSIONAR is notary public license holder too, yes he can notarize. But, avoid from so called/fake notary public men. Get advice from any reliable lawer to find true notary public license holder.
