Transcript generation from Uttar Pradesh Technical University to be sent to WES directly

Hi All,
Greetings!
Could anybody help me with the process to generate and send the transcript from UPTU to WES ?
As per new rules the university should sent it directly to WES in certain format over an envelope.
eg WES Reference Number -
WES Address -
Any help would be appreciated!

Every university has its application form for getting transcript, get one from your university. Fill out details. There will be two mandatory fields, 1. For which which purpose the transcript is required, and 2. Address of the institution or organisation requiring the transcript (which in this case is IRCC).
With address you have to mention WES reference number. Rest of things will be taken care by the university.

PS: You will get WES reference number after full payment to them (WES).

I am not in Lucknow rather based in Bangalore and cannot go in-person to get the form .
In that case what should be the approach or process specifically for UPTU.

Please order from http://mailtranscripts.com/ and they will directly send it to WES in proper way and WES will accept it. Just pay and nothing to worry about going to university and sending to WES.
