Transcript denied for MCOM correspondence/ distance learning Mumbai university - Kalina

I have completed Mcom correspondence from Mumbai University (MU) , hence I went to MU- Kalina for Mcom transcript. They said MU does not issue transcript for Immigration, it is issued only for abroad studies and same would be the case with MU - Fort. Has anyone came across this situation, if university wont issue transcript then how could I get my Mcom transcript?

Tell them it is for studies. As long as it is in a sealed envelope, WES (or any other agency) will accept it.

Have one more query........I have a Post graduate diploma in finance (year course) jointly run by National stock exchange and Gokhale institute Pune and my wife did 2 year Full time Post graduation in Finance (approved course by AICTE from one of the Mumbai college), we have got transcript from respective college. How would this transcript be evaluated, will it be accepted or should I send it directly to WES with Mark sheet and convocation photocopy?
