##Transaction not approved - Transaction refusée##

I have been trying to pay for my study permit and it is seems that CIC - E payment service does not work!
After filling out all Credit Card information and pressing "pay", I keep getting the following message -
"Transaction not approved - Transaction refusée". Does anyone has the same problem ?

i am renewing my work permit and having the same problem too..... :'(
still couldn't figure out why i can't pay ...
hope someone will know and give us an answer.

god! you just have to change the address.
i tried it with my bf's address, which is an apt. and it wont work.
i changed it to a house address and it worked. weird.. but whatever. it worked.

Hi to all,

I am applying for a tourist visa to Canada and I am from the Middle East.
I have uploaded all my docs online, however during payment i encounter this error.
Anyone knows some answer! Need help on this error.
