Sine they updated the form, I assume that there are some necessary changes. I would like to get the old/good form as well if they still accept it. But they always suggest to use the latest form from the website.

Have you talked to them?
yes and they are aware of issue but not on such big scale as we are or just seemed to me like that

I have tweet to IRCC for Q.11 issue, waiting for their reply. Will post here as soon as get.
Further trying to call IRCC helpline but not getting through.

Bump: Tuesday 24th October

No updates today. NB the French form is broken in the same way for Q11

Q11 is now broken - it truncates fields both on the screen and in the printed version.
Also contains minor formatting changes: help buttons and row (+/-) widgets now located far RHS

Is there a way i can copy and paste from the second to fourth version i filled it since last month but its a painfuk pricess

There doesn't appear to be a way to do this. You can cut'n'paste a single text cell at a time. It appears you can do this for date cells as well
